FOR ALL OF YOUR WAREHOUSE NEEDS

Concrete & Masonry Modifications

We are experienced in projects requiring modifications to existing facilities, and regularly cut-in new door openings and dock leveler pits, along with general concrete and masonry work around the loading dock. CLICK HERE FOR FURTHER INFORMATION.

Planned Maintenance

We offer planned maintenance for any overhead door or loading dock equipment in your facility, ensuring problems are prevented and your warranty is honored as manufacturers require such regular maintenance so as not to void the warranty. On these visits, we check all parts, replace typical consumables (e.g. bolts, hinges, lubricating oil), and provide customers a written report of work done and recommended work to be performed. Service can be set up for annual or quarterly visits, and we are happy to perform an equipment audit for new owners, property managers, or developers.

Installations

We are experienced in the installation of new equipment and can handle both the mechanical as well as electrical scope of work. We typically quote all new construction jobs with ‘open shop’ labor, but as signatories with the millwrights & carpenters unions, we can also offer union labor when required.

Emergency Repair

Our service department handles call-ins for repairs and we are proud to offer 24/7 emergency service 365 days per year. Customers with planned maintenance contracts receive discounted rates on service work.

Design / Build Consultation
Owners Photograph

For any job that requires additional consultation regarding architectural and structural planning, or electrical interlocking (e.g. for facilities that employ a specific order of operations or systematic process), we are happy to consult with the team of owners, end-users, architects, engineers, general contractors, equipment vendors, and other trades whose work is associated with our scope.
